Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between takaok ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). takaok is an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The takaok website (takaok.cam) and all its services, sections, and features.
• "Member" — Any person who has completed registration and created an account.
• "Account" — The individual profile of each member containing their personal funds and gaming history.
• "Bet" — Any wager placed by a member on a game or sports event.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional funds provided under promotional terms, which require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the takaok platform, all of the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a person with full legal capacity and be able to enter into agreements on your own behalf.
• Participating in online gaming or betting activities must be legally permitted in your area.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where receiving such services is prohibited.
• Only one account may be opened per person.

Account Registration

To successfully create an account on takaok, members must provide accurate and truthful information. Please pay special attention to the following:

3.1 Registration Terms

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Creating an account under another person's identity is entirely unlawful and punishable.
• The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.

3.2 Account Verification

takaok may initiate an account verification process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, driving licence, or passport copy, along with proof of current address. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Members must deposit using an account or card registered in their own name.
• Depositing or receiving funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• For suspicious transactions, takaok may request additional verification information.

Bonuses and Promotions

takaok offers various promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly converted to cash or transferred.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• takaok reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the takaok platform:

• Members must read the terms carefully before finalising all bets.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the platform acknowledges an error or technical fault.
• Bets placed based on odds or information incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• All game outcomes are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG).
• In the event of any dispute relating to betting, the decision of takaok will be considered final.

6.1 Special Sports Betting Rules

Separate rules of the relevant section may apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA World Cup), and other sports events. If any event is postponed or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and may lead to legal action:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other members.
• Helping minors create accounts.
• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the takaok system to gain an unfair advantage.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the takaok website and platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, audio and video material — is under the exclusive ownership of takaok or used under an appropriate licence.

• No member or third party may use takaok's logo, brand name, or any content without prior permission.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise misusing the platform's software is prohibited.
• The rights to games and content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, etc.) are reserved by the respective organisations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, takaok will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or technical disruptions.
• Compromise of the member's own device, software, or account security.
• Indirect loss arising from changes to promotional terms.
• Financial loss caused by delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Service disruption due to unexpected server downtime or maintenance.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by takaok

takaok may suspend or permanently close an account without notice or with short notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or evidence of identity fraud being found.
• Suspicious financial activity or grounds for suspecting money laundering.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts being found.

10.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email ([email protected]). If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it; however, any bonus funds will be cancelled.

Privacy & Data Protection

Detailed information about how we collect, store, and use members' personal data is set out in our separate Privacy Policy. In brief:

• Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and verifying your identity.
• We never sell your information to third parties.
• In cases of legal obligation, information may be shared with the relevant authorities.
• All data is secured through SSL encryption.

Changes to Terms

takaok reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised.
• For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
